Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

• You agree to provide accurate information during signup and keep it updated.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate or non-aligned content... if your brand or behavior feels wildly off from what we stand for, we might say no — and that’s our right.
  

• Commission rates vary by product. They are visible in your Affiliate Dashboard and are subject to change at any time.

• High-touch or cohort-based offers may carry lower commission rates.

• Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes or processing fees) and approved once the customer’s payment is fully processed.

• There are no refunds on our products (not under any circumstances), so no commission waiting period applies.

• Our system tracks referrals using cookies valid for 90 days.

• If a customer clears their cookies or cannot be tracked, no commission will be paid.

• Minimum payout is $50.

• Payouts are made on the 20th of each month via PayPal.

• You’re responsible for any PayPal fees, taxes, or other payment obligations.

• Refer yourself or a business you own.

• Use false or misleading claims to promote bob.

• Engage in spammy or shady marketing tactics (e.g., bots, incentivized clicks, fake reviews).

• Use PPC ads targeting "Booked Out Biz" or brand variations without permission.

• Promote on adult, illegal, or hateful sites.

• Copy or repurpose any part of our content, curriculum, course structure, or materials in any form — whether verbatim, lightly tweaked, or majorly altered and almost unrecognizable. Creating derivative works based on our proprietary methods, frameworks, or language is strictly prohibited. Copying is copying, and it won’t fly here. (Yes, even if you thought you were being clever — we see you.)

• Publicly speak negatively about bob, its team, its offers, or its students. If you’re unhappy, email us directly — don’t take it to the timeline.

• Share or leak trade secrets, backend processes, strategic frameworks, or any proprietary internal systems.

• Act with integrity.

• Keep your dashboard info up to date.

• Promote bob in a way that aligns with our bold-but-aligned vibe.

• Bring concerns directly to us. We’re human. Let’s keep it respectful.

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use bob’s logos and graphics for promotion.

• You may not modify or misrepresent our brand.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 10 business days’ notice.

• If we terminate due to violation of these terms, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for your marketing practices and any legal compliance (e.g., FTC guidelines).

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

• Our total liability to you is capped at $1.

• You may not use access to bob materials to create or promote competing products, courses, or offers — whether similar in structure, messaging, or concept. That includes repackaging, remixing, or altering our content and frameworks. We protect our IP fiercely — and take copying seriously.

• We make no guarantees regarding your results, income, or success as a bob affiliate. Your outcomes are entirely your responsibility

• This section survives termination of the Agreement.
  

Affiliates are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with bob (Booked Out Biz) in any content that includes affiliate links, per FTC guidelines. This disclosure must appear near the affiliate link and be easily understood by the audience.

Your affiliate account is for your use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Violating this term may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

If no sales or clicks are generated within a 6-month period, your affiliate account may be marked inactive and subject to removal. Reactivation requests can be submitted at any time.

We reserve the right to review and request edits or removal of any promotional content that misrepresents our brand or violates these terms. You agree to comply with such requests within 5 business days.

Affiliates will not receive access to customer names, emails, or personal information. We handle all customer service, fulfillment, and communications. You agree not to request or attempt to access customer data unless explicitly authorized in writing.

• This Agreement is governed by U.S. law.

• All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

• By joining, you agree to these terms.

• We may update these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check back.

We’re not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government action, power outages, labor disputes, or internet failures. Basically: if it’s out of our hands, we’re not on the hook.

• If you're here, we already think you're awesome.

• These terms exist to protect the integrity of the program, the business, and the community we’re building.

• We’re committed to transparency, fairness, and creating a win-win experience for everyone involved.

• If anything feels unclear, just reach out. We’re all about clarity, not confusion.
